Letun's Osprey II project

The unfinished design of the Osprey II aircraft came into my hands. This device was built in the USA a long time ago. Then he came to Russia, where he was completely disassembled and in it a large number of elements were made of composite materials. And some parts were designed and made anew.

Can someone recognize their project from the photo?

The entire tail of the fuselage is converted into a sandwich construction with the manufacture of flanges to which the upper deck will be glued. The trailing edge of the wing was removed, the same fate awaits almost the entire center section structure.
